Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing residential construction projects.
- Proven experience in villas, apartments, gated communities, or residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and site management.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential construction projects from planning to handover.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and resource allocation.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings, villas, apartments, or township projects.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
