- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal application functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes and how to implement them within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and security roles within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
- Ability to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems using standard tools and APIs.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in customizing packaged or software as a service solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to ensure seamless user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
