Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present and promote company products/services effectively.
- Negotiate with customers to close sales successfully.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation & Growth
- During the first 1–2 months (Training & Evaluation Period):
- Performance-based Incentives and Rewards only.
- No fixed salary during this evaluation period.
- After successful completion of the evaluation period:
- Candidates demonstrating strong performance will be offered a fixed salary of up to ₹40,000 per month, based on performance, along with attractive incentives and career growth opportunities.
