How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Analyst with deep expertise in SAP FICO modules and other SAP products with a proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP and non-SAP solutions, as well as leading SAP-related projects within dynamic and fast-paced environments. Additionally, the role will include enabling AI technologies across SAP and non-SAP technologies. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Executing the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO module.
- Collaborating with finance and accounting business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective financial governance practices within SAP FICO.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives, aligning with business needs and operational goals.
- Integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules to enable seamless data flow.
- Supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and patches within the SAP environment.
- Leading collaboration and discussions with business teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities and enable AI technologies.
- Optimizing period-end closing process and ensuring financial practices align with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
- Reducing existing areas of customization and making arguments to adopt standard processes.
- Providing expert support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO/Concur related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, business processes, and system changes.
- Leading and researching AI initiatives in Finance and associated cross functional areas.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in full life-cycle SAP implementation.
- Proven expertise and hands on experiences to independently lead SAP FICO related (and associated Finance areas including expense, treasury, banking and Projects) processes, configuration, customization, integration and AI deployments.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling best practices and financial governance principles.
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Solid experience in data migration (Brownfield or Greenfield) and ETL processes.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail and data accuracy.
