Job Purpose
The HR Apprentice will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and HR administration. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR processes and helps the apprentice develop practical knowledge of HR functions in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in maintaining employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Support HR team in documentation related to joining, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance records and leave data.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and employee data records.
2. Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and internal platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
3. Employee Engagement
- Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in communication related to HR announcements and policies.
- Help in conducting employee surveys and feedback collection.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training attendance records.
- Assist in preparing training materials and presentations.
- Maintain training data and documentation.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper filing of HR documents and employee records.
- Assist in preparing compliance-related documents and HR reports.
- Support HR team in statutory documentation if required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Strong coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma/ITI-COPA

Pay: ₹12,400.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
