The position involves continuous communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams and departments, ensuring that all aspects of the program or project are progressing smoothly and any issues are promptly resolved to keep the initiative on track.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases of programs or projects to meet strategic goals.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.
