Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets by identifying customer needs, explaining vehicle features, conducting test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend showroom walk-in customers and generate sales enquiries.
- Explain features, specifications, variants, pricing, and finance options of Škoda Auto vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and provide complete product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
- Achieve monthly and yearly vehicle sales targets.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain dealership standards.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and outdoor marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Maintain proper documentation related to bookings and deliveries.
- Develop strong relationships with corporate and retail customers.

Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Valid Driving License is mandatory
Experience:
- 1–5 years experience in automobile sales preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
