•Achieve sales target as per ABP and debtors management •Regular visits to the Channel to ensure a high level of engagement and alignment with the organization's objective.• Candidate should have desired frontline consumer durable exposure. • Achievement of Targeted sales and profitability for the Region• Making new Channel partners.• Appointment of Distributors in each district as per targeted Network expansion guidelines.• Competitors and market feedback on time to HQ.• System and process implementation at all channel partners
