Senior HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse client requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, client coordination, and driving closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, provide regular follow-ups, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and update ATS/recruitment databases.
- Handle leadership, niche, and critical hiring assignments as required.
- Interact with clients for requirement gathering, hiring updates, and timely closures.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports and track hiring metrics.
- Mentor junior recruiters/interns and contribute to improving recruitment processes.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹310,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
