Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with proven experience in the real estate or construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and project sales.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate/construction projects.
⦁ Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, offline, and on-ground activations).
⦁ Drive lead generation through performance marketing, CRM campaigns, and channel partnerships.
⦁ Manage branding, positioning, and promotional activities for residential/commercial projects.
⦁ Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.
⦁ Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website performance.
⦁ Manage agency/vendor relationships for creatives, media buying, and outdoor advertising.
⦁ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights tracking.
⦁ Plan and manage project launches, events, and site promotions.
⦁ Track campaign performance and optimize ROI using analytics tools.
⦁ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Required Qualifications
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
⦁ 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry (mandatory).
⦁ Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and customer journey.
⦁ Experience in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms).
⦁ Proven track record in lead generation and campaign management.
⦁ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
⦁ Experience in luxury residential/commercial project marketing.
⦁ Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate compliance (advantageous).
⦁ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
⦁ Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
⦁ Creative thinking with strong branding sense.
