- Qualification: B.E in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Skills: Motor troubleshooting, maintenance, customer handling, technical reporting
- Willingness to travel for field service work any where in India
Job Description
Field Service Engineer என்பது electric motor service, maintenance, installation மற்றும் troubleshooting பணிகளை site-ல் சென்று செய்யும் பொறுப்பு உடையவர். இவர் customers location-க்கு சென்று motor inspection, repair coordination, testing மற்றும் performance improvement போன்ற பணிகளை handle செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
1. Installation & Commissioning
- Industrial electric motors installation மற்றும் commissioning பணிகளை site-ல் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Motor alignment, coupling, base mounting போன்றவற்றை சரியாக setup செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Startup testing மற்றும் performance verification செய்ய வேண்டும்.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Motors-ல் ஏற்படும் electrical மற்றும் mechanical faults கண்டறிந்து troubleshoot செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Preventive maintenance மற்றும் breakdown maintenance activities handle செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Vibration, overheating, noise போன்ற issues analyse செய்து solution provide செய்ய வேண்டும்.
3. Inspection & Diagnosis
- Motors condition inspection செய்து root cause analysis செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Winding failure, bearing damage, insulation issue போன்ற பிரச்சனைகளை identify செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Service report மற்றும் technical feedback prepare செய்ய வேண்டும்.
4. Customer Support
- Customer site-ல் technical support மற்றும் guidance provide செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Maintenance methods மற்றும் safety practices பற்றி customers-க்கு explain செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Customer complaints-ஐ professional-ஆ handle செய்து quick resolution கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.
5. Coordination with Workshop Team
- Field inspection report-ஐ workshop team-க்கு share செய்து repair plan finalize செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Motor dismantling, rewinding, balancing போன்ற repair works follow-up செய்ய வேண்டும்.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Daily service reports மற்றும் site visit reports maintain செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Service records, spare parts usage மற்றும் maintenance logs update செய்ய வேண்டும்.
7. Safety & Compliance
- Electrical safety standards மற்றும் company safety policies follow செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Site-ல் safety precautions maintain செய்து accident prevention ensure செய்ய வேண்டும்.
8. Performance Improvement
- Motors efficiency improve செய்ய recommendations வழங்க வேண்டும்.
- Energy saving suggestions மற்றும் reliability improvement ideas propose செய்ய வேண்டும்.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
