Job Overview:
We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to manage customer relationships through digital banking channels. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and promoting suitable banking products while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Fresh graduates looking to start a career in banking sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
* Cross-sell and up-sell products such as cards, assets, and other banking services.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints within defined timelines.
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
* Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets.
* Ensure compliance with banking policies and internal guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Qualification: Graduate (10+2+3) – Any stream except B.Tech/BE.
* Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers can apply).
* Age: 18 to 30 years.
* Strong communication and customer handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of banking products and CRM systems preferred.
Languages Required:
* English (Mandatory)
* Hindi / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam
