We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching, non-teaching, and administrative positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to identify and attract quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within approved budgets and timelines.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
