Network Support Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Network Support Engineer to manage and support IT infrastructure for our business clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, Microsoft 365 administration, and Windows Server environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and monitor network performance.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user administration.
- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve IT issues within agreed SLAs.
- Document client environments and collaborate with vendors when required.
Required Skills
✔ TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN
✔ Cisco, TP-Link, Ubiquiti or similar networking devices
✔ Microsoft 365 Administration
✔ Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS & DHCP
✔ Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP)
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MS-900, MS-102, or Windows Server certifications will be an advantage.
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
