Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales pitching, and closing deals for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other business development activities.
- Identify potential clients requiring Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Branding, and Performance Marketing services.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
- Present agency services and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for client discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Business Development or Sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience selling Digital Marketing services.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Branding services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
