Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and support enterprise desktop management environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Lead implementation, administration, and optimization of:
Windows 365 (W365)
Microsoft Intune
SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
Operating System Deployment (OSD)
Design and manage endpoint lifecycle processes including:
Device provisioning
Software deployment
Patch management
Compliance management
Endpoint security
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
Implement and support digital employee experience monitoring using Nexthink.
Work on automation and orchestration using Ansible.
Support Modern Workplace and endpoint transformation initiatives.
Troubleshoot complex desktop, application, and endpoint management issues.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and service delivery teams.
Participate in client discussions, governance calls, and technical workshops.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
