About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Manager to oversee all aspects of our gym/club operations and lead a multi-department team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete gym and club operations and administration
- Manage sales, trainers, housekeeping, and customer service teams
- Ensure seamless day-to-day activities and high member satisfaction
- Monitor revenue generation and control operational expenses
- Handle escalations and resolve member concerns promptly
- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and safety standards
- Plan and execute promotional activities and engagement events
- Ensure achievement of all business and operational targets
Required Skills:
- Strong operational and multi-department management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric approach with high attention to quality
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams efficiently
Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred. Background in gym, wellness, hospitality, or club management required.
