Studio Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Studio Manager with 7–8 years of experience to streamline our operations and bridge the gap between design excellence and operational efficiency. You will be the backbone of our studio, ensuring that projects move seamlessly from concept to completion.
Core Responsibilities
Project & Task Management:
Oversee job assignments across the design team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to strict project timelines.
Consultant Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for external consultants (Structural, MEP, Landscape), ensuring technical integration is seamless and timely.
Team Leadership:
Facilitate internal communication, resolve workflow bottlenecks, and foster a collaborative environment within the design studio.
Vendor & Procurement Management:
Align vendors with specific project requirements, manage sample libraries, and oversee the procurement process to meet site deadlines.
Office Operations:
Manage daily administrative functions, including billing cycles, contractual documentation, and general studio maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
7–8 years in a managerial or senior coordinator role, preferably within an Architecture or Interior Design firm.
Software Proficiency:
Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
Communication:
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Organization:
High level of competence in multitasking and managing complex schedules.
