Job Description:
The DevOps Lead will work in conjunction with the technical leadership to strategize the
company’s cloud roadmap to improve business agility and provide modern delivery
solutions. The candidate should be able to show exemplary leadership and management
traits to ensure the highest quality of service delivery while meeting contractual obligations
and exceeding targets; should be able to lead and drive large enterprise-level engagements
with complex automation initiatives and management of the project according to the given
timelines, cost and without compromising the quality.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience comprehensive
knowledge of current and emerging DevOps technologies with a working knowledge of how
to apply them in various verticals of business.
The required skills include:
- Hands-on experience in conducting Cloud assessment and migration especially AWS
Infrastructure such as EC2, RDS, Elastic cache, S3, Kafka / Kinesis, Lambda etc
- Extensive experience in tools for automation and configuration management such as
Jenkin, Puppet, Chef, Ansible or any equivalent
- Experience on App Containerization, Docker / Kubernetes / EKS implementation on AWS.
- Experience with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as New Relic,
Datadog or any other equivalent log management tool
- System Architecture Process Design and Implementation
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across Service Lines,
Platform Managers, Business team and External Suppliers
- Good written and oral communication skills
Pay: ₹397,039.30 - ₹1,611,121.99 per year
