Execute day-to-day EMI collection and field recovery activities for assigned loan portfolios through proactive outbound calling,
borrower field visits, and PTP management. Ensure timely collection of dues, maintain accurate CRM records, and uphold the
highest standards of compliance with the RBI Fair Practices Code.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Make high-volume outbound collection calls to borrowers on EMI due dates, early delinquency (0–30 DPD), and overdue accounts.
➢ Conduct field visits to borrower residences and business premises to collect overdue EMIs and resolve repayment concerns in person.
➢ Set, confirm, and rigorously follow up on Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments; escalate broken PTPs to the senior executive or manager.
➢ Identify the reason for non-payment, understand the borrower's situation, and offer feasible repayment plans within approved guidelines.
➢ Coordinate with the Senior Collection Executive for escalation of accounts moving into higher delinquency buckets (30+ / 60+ DPD).
➢ Maintain accurate and real-time call disposition, field visit logs, and payment status records in the CRM system after every interaction.
➢ Collect post-dated cheques (PDCs), NACH mandates, or online payment confirmations as applicable per the borrower's repayment plan.
➢ Adhere strictly to RBI Fair Practices Code, company SOPs, and all applicable compliance and data protection guidelines at all times.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
▸ Graduate in any discipline — B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / BBM preferred.
▸ 0.6–2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, field sales, or BPO preferred.
▸ Basic knowledge of NBFC / Banking loan products is an added advantage.
