Role Overview
This is a Sales Manager / Sales Head role where you will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, handling student and parent enquiries, conducting counselling and sales presentations, and ensuring overall business growth. Experience in the EdTech or Education sector will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Identify and establish new client acquisition channels, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Review team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline through CRM software, ensuring effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze sales data, conversion metrics, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and revenue projections for management review.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to enhance business opportunities.
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related specialization.
- 0–2 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience in EdTech domain will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, Presentation and leadership skills.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on results.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
