Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our Design & Projects team. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and monitoring architectural aspects of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and project teams, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, sound knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs in line with project requirements.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, working drawings, construction details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior Design consultants to ensure seamless integration of all building services.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure compliance with project objectives, applicable codes, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural work and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review material samples, finishes, façade details, and mock-ups before implementation.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical solutions for architectural challenges.
- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and external agencies for approvals and statutory compliance.
- Prepare design presentations, concept reports, and architectural documentation for management and clients.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team regarding architectural materials, finishes, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project timelines related to architectural deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain all architectural records, drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Stay updated on modern architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative construction materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
- A Master's Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Sustainable Design will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory in architectural design and project coordination within the Real Estate & Construction industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or township projects is preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating projects from concept design through construction and final handover.
- Strong understanding of building by-laws, development regulations, and statutory approval processes.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, technical expertise, and overall skill set, in accordance with the company's compensation policy.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
