Position: Site Supervisor
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of doors at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with builders, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of doors at project sites.
- Coordinate with the builder's site team and internal project team.
- Ensure installation work is completed as per quality standards and timelines.
- Manage labour teams and monitor daily site activities.
- Handle site documentation, reports, and handover processes.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain installation records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and installation processes.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage labour teams and client interactions.
- Gujarati-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
