Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or real estate marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
