Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to handle student admissions for a reputed university. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student admissions.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processes.
- Address queries via calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, BPO, or Academic Institutions.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
