We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Spanish Trainer to conduct engaging Spanish language classes for school students. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Spanish and enjoy teaching young learners through interactive and activity-based learning methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spanish language classes in assigned schools during school hours.
- Teach age-appropriate Spanish language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging, activity-based classroom sessions.
- Introduce students to Spanish vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and basic conversational skills.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in Spanish through interactive activities, games, role-plays, and presentations.
- Assess student performance through class activities, assignments, and periodic evaluations.
- Maintain student attendance records and submit regular progress reports.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support students during language competitions, cultural events, and school presentations, if required.
- Coordinate with school coordinators and the Topper Shiksha team to ensure smooth program execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish, Foreign Languages, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Spanish language certification (DELE or equivalent) is preferred.
- Freshers with strong Spanish language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching or language training experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

- Strong command of spoken and written Spanish.
- Ability to teach students of different age groups using interactive teaching methods.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with school students.
Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹800.00 per hour
