1. Any graduate with relevant experience and good knowledge in Interior Fit out Products, from Interior Design Industry only.
2. Reviews and processes purchase orders.
3. Manages other members of the purchasing team.
4. Maintains records of goods ordered and received.
5. Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
6. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
7. The candidate will be responsible for negotiating with the suppliers and getting rates.
8. Comparisons of rates and getting the best quotes.
9. Raising PO and processing the same.
10.Ensuring the materials are delivered to sites.
11.Following up with suppliers for any material related issues.
12.Ensuring the supply bills are collected from the suppliers and issued to the accounts team for payments.
13.Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness, and price.
14.Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfilment of orders.
Relevant Experience: 2 to 5 Years as Purchase Executive in Interior Design Industry.
