Digital Marketing Specialist (AI Content & Social Media)
Location: Phase 8B, Mohali (On-site)
We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating engaging short-form content and leveraging the latest AI tools to drive brand growth. If you have experience with social media marketing, video editing, and AI-powered content creation, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop AI-generated avatar videos using HeyGen.
- Produce cinematic AI videos using Kling, Runway, and similar tools.
- Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, and marketing assets using Canva.
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut and other editing software.
- Write AI-assisted scripts, captions, and social media copy.
- Create product promotional videos and ad creatives.
- Develop UGC-style AI content for marketing campaigns.
- Design branded social media templates and visual assets.
- Automate content production workflows using AI tools.
- Plan, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Hands-on experience with HeyGen, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, and CapCut.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and social media creatives.
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation and workflow automation.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Experience working with AI-powered marketing tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, or paid social campaigns is a plus.
