Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented BDE/Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right courses/programs. The role involves student counselling, lead management, follow-ups, and admissions conversion. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert enquiries into admissions/enrollments.
- Explain course details, fees, and program benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in EdTech, Sales, Telecalling, Academic Counselling, or Admissions will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
