Job Summary
Bluebenz Digitizations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented Python Developer with 2–3 years of experience in developing data processing and automation applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Python, file handling, data transformation, and ETL processes. Experience working with large datasets and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is essential. Knowledge of MongoDB and SQL databases will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications for data processing and automation.
- Read, validate, transform, and generate data files including CSV, TXT, Excel, JSON, and XML.
- Perform data cleansing, parsing, validation, and transformation using Python.
- Build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows for large datasets.
- Develop reusable and modular Python scripts for automation.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Python applications.
- Work with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong understanding of Core Python concepts.
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience in handling and processing large data files.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Strong experience in data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
- Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and debugging.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Exposure to SQL databases.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with task scheduling and automation tools.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
