Job Description
We are looking for a Field Officer to manage on-site operations, supervise manpower, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day field operations and site coordination
- Supervise manpower and ensure proper deployment
- Maintain client relationships and resolve on-site issues
- Monitor attendance, reporting, and compliance
- Ensure service quality as per company standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (facility management preferred)
- Ability to communicate in Hindi preferred
- Candidates based in Kochi or willing to relocate
- Valid two-wheeler driving license required
