Job Title - CERAMIC ENGINEER Job Location - IMT FARIDABAD Candidate Experience – 1 years of experience (Freshers with relevant internships may also apply) Department: Production / Quality / R&D Key ⁸Responsibilities: - Develop and optimize ceramic formulations and manufacturing processes. - Monitor production parameters to achieve consistent product quality. - Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products. - Investigate and resolve production and quality issues. - Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. - Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and process documentation. - Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement teams. - Support new product development and process validation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's / Master's / Diploma degree in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.. - Knowledge of ceramic raw materials, firing processes, kilns, glazing, and quality testing. - Familiarity with quality systems and process improvement techniques. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation. Preferred Skills: - Strong understanding of ceramic processing and material characterization. - Ability to analyze production data and recommend improvements. - Teamwork and cross-functional coordination. - Knowledge of ISO quality standards and workplace safety.
