What is in it for you?
As a Technical Lead – Python, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to process and transform large-scale healthcare and life sciences data.
- Develop Cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices.
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Write high-quality, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Create and maintain automated unit tests with high code coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate architecture decisions, project status, technical risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical skills
- More than 5 years of experience in Software Engineering
- Hands-on experience in Python Backend Development
- Expertise in AWS Cloud Services
- Experience in building and maintaining ETL Pipelines
- Hands-on experience in Kubernetes
- Experience in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of software design principles and backend architecture
- Experience in automated Unit Testing and code quality practices
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
