Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
- Explain company services/products to customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Generate appointments and convert leads
- Maintain daily call records and reports
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements
Requirements:
- Malayalam language is mandatory
- Good communication skills in Tamil/English will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma / HSC
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling or customer support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
