The Admin Cum Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling front-office operations while ensuring efficient administrative support. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
- HR & Coordination Support:
- Assist in onboarding new employees and handling basic HR documentation.
- Coordinate with departments for internal communications.
- Support management in daily operations and tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in front office and administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
