About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in architectural design, preparation of drawings, project coordination, and site documentation. This role is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals looking to build their careers in architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentation layouts.
- Assist in design development, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal project team.
- Support site visits, inspections, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Revise drawings and designs based on project requirements and feedback.
- Follow company standards, building regulations, and project specifications.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, design principles, and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
