We are looking for a dedicated and communication-driven IT Client Growth & RetentionExecutiveto manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through regular follow-ups and strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and support queries
- Identify upselling and business growth opportunities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and service coordination
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain client records and regular performance updates
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Client-focused and problem-solving approach
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing
- Ability to manage multiple clients professionally
- Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
