Sales Executive – Travel Industry

Roles & Responsibilities:-
* Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
* Convert travel leads into confirmed bookings
* Explain tour packages, pricing, and travel details to customers
* Maintain professional communication with clients
* Follow up with interested customers regularly
* Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer experience
* Build customer trust and maintain long-term relationships
* Maintain records of leads and bookings
Required Skills:-
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Customer handling and relationship management
* Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry
* Ability to convert inquiries into sales
* Confidence in handling sales calls
* Positive attitude and team coordination
