Job Description:
They use their interpersonal skills to manage customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
The main duties and responsibilities of a Relationship Executive include:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Identifying client needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and need
- Resolving client complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keeping records of client transactions and interactions
- Assisting in the development of client service policies and standards
- Upselling or cross-selling products and services to improve customer satisfaction
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
- Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Relationship Executive or similar role
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Proficiency in English
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Hospitality, Cabin Crew, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
Salary Range:
25k - 30k per month
