We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Site Supervisor (Civil)* to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, and managing workforce safety and execution, and ensuring all civil works strictly align with engineering drawings and quality standards.
## Key Responsibilities
* *On-Site Supervision:* Oversee daily civil construction activities, contractors, and site laborers to maintain steady workflow and project timelines.
* *Blueprint & Execution Check:* Read structural and civil drawings to ensure execution happens accurately on the ground.
* *Quality & Material Tracking:* Inspect incoming raw materials, verify construction quality, and monitor material usage to minimise wastage.
* *Safety & Compliance:* Enforce site safety rules, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, and a safe working environment.
* *Reporting:* Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), log attendance, and regularly report site updates to the Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
