Freight Kingz, Inc. is a growing U.S.-based freight brokerage looking for a motivated and experienced Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Professional to join our team in Mohali.
We are looking for people who understand the U.S. trucking and freight brokerage industry, know how to communicate professionally with American customers and carriers, and are hungry to build business and earn commission.
This is an opportunity to grow with a U.S. logistics company — not just another call-center position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and cold-call shippers, manufacturers, distributors, freight forwarders, and other potential customers throughout the United States Develop new shipper accounts and build long-term customer relationships Quote freight and negotiate competitive rates Source and negotiate with carriers when required Coordinate and track shipments from pickup through delivery Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and carriers Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline Help grow profitable freight volume and repeat business Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, quotes, and customer activity
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Preferred:
- Previous experience in U.S. freight brokerage, logistics, trucking, dispatch, or transportation sales Understanding of the U.S. freight market, including FTL, LTL, dry van, reefer, box truck, and/or expedited freight Strong English communication skills Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers over the phone Strong negotiation and sales ability Experience with cold calling and lead generation Ability to work independently and meet performance targets Familiarity with load boards, TMS platforms, DAT, carrier sourcing, or similar logistics tools is a plus
Candidates with strong international B2B sales or U.S. process experience may also be considered.
