- Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows /Linux• System Administration, configuration, patching, Operations and day to day management.• Should have Hands on experience and high level of expertise in installation, configuration,troubleshooting, Patching, operating and managing the respective components offeredfor IRSOC.• Basic Understanding of SIEM, Vulnerability Management and Patch ManagementSolution.• Provide day to day support to Users located in respective Zones/PUs/CTIs etc for anyissues related to Solutions provided for IRSOC.• Monitoring of their Zone/PUs/CTIs specific Alerts/Incidents and escalate it to concernedauthority in IR.• Coordinate with various Stakeholders in IR for effective operations of IRSOC.• Coordinate with the Central SOC Team for any Incidents/guidance.• Periodic updates/Upgrades of Devices/Solutions (Log Collector, EDR, VulnerabilityScanner, Patch Management etc) provided under IRSOC at their respective Zones/Unitsetc.• Assist Users in installation and configurations of Next Gen AV+EDR on their systems andensure that patches are being applied at identified devices under scope of IRSOC.Qualification• Qualified Degree in Engineering, or equivalent in Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunication (EC & T) / IT with minimum 2-year experience.OR• BCA/ B.Sc.-IT/ B.Sc. (Computers) with minimum 4 years’ experience.
