Role Overview:
The Founder's Office Associate will act as a trusted partner to the Founder/CEO, providing high level strategic and operational support. This role involves managing critical projects, coordinating across teams, driving initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Founder’s office. It requires a professional with significant experience in executive support, project management, or operations coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic & Executive Support
- Provide direct support to the Founder/CEO in strategic planning and execution.
- Prepare presentations, business reports, and decision-making briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on key initiatives, decisions, and organizational priorities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
2. Operations & Project Coordination
- Monitor and track projects across departments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
- Assist in research, analysis, and preparation of data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
3. Organizational & Administrative Support
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, official documents, and HR records.
- Maintain organized records of key decisions, projects, and communications.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed to ensure smooth office functioning.
4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between the Founder/CEO and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Support leadership in implementing organizational initiatives and change management.
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and accountable work culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Contribute to fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and accountable work culture. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, project management, operations, or similar roles.
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or fast-paced professional services is highly preferred.
- Strong command of MS Office, project management tools, and reporting frameworks
