Position: Area Business Manager (ABM)
Headquarters: Indore, MP
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as an Area Business Manager or equivalent role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory experience in the Dermatology segment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Dermatologists and key healthcare professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Conduct field coaching, performance reviews, and ensure effective territory management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Experience:
- have experience in deramatlogist and cosmetic industry : 2 years (Preferred)
