We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Description
The Automation Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of software testing methodologies, and experience with automation testing tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and application software.
- Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, track, and report software defects and issues.
- Coordinate with developers and functional teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in requirement analysis and software review meetings.
- Ensure software quality and performance before deployment.
- Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.
- Assist in improving testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Conduct API testing and database validation where required.
- Support continuous integration and deployment activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
□ Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
□ Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
□ Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
□ Understanding of manual testing concepts and testing methodologies.
□ Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
□ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
□ Ability to write clear and effective test cases and bug reports.
□ Good communication and teamwork skills.
□ Knowledge of SQL/database testing will be an added advantage.
□ Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
Educational Qualification
□ B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer), BCA, MCA, or Any Relevant Degree
□ Relevant experience in Automation Testing preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
