Role Summary:
The Junior Engineer will be responsible for visiting multiple client sites to ensure the accuracy and quality of structural and fabrication works. The role includes overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing regular updates and feedback to the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Visits & Supervision: Visit client sites regularly to monitor the progress of structural and fabrication works, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards during fabrication and erection, including checking work for compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the site team, project manager, and clients to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Documentation: Maintain daily logs, site reports, and take notes of any discrepancies or concerns on site. Report on-site progress to the project manager on a regular basis.
- Compliance: Monitor site safety, including reviewing safety measures and ensuring that all operations are conducted following safety guidelines and best practices.
- Material & Resource Management: Ensure that materials are available on-site as per the project’s requirements and verify the correct usage of materials.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in structural and fabrication works.
- Technical Skills: 1. Knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication processes, and erection activities. 2. Familiarity with quality control procedures in structural and fabrication works. 3. Basic understanding of AutoCAD for drawing reviews.
- Personal Skills: 1. Strong problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
