Experience - 2 year and above
Min Qualification : ITI/Diploma - in Electrical/Electronics & Telecommunication.
- Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and integrate telecom equipment including base stations, routers, switches, wireless transmission systems, and fiber-optic termination points.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostics on field equipment. Rapidly isolate and resolve hardware malfunctions, signal drops, and connectivity issues.
- Emergency Fault Rectification: Respond promptly to emergency service outages and network breakdowns to minimize downtime and strictly adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Testing & Quality Control: Use specialized digital telecom testing tools and diagnostic software to measure signal strength, network capacity, and overall transmission quality.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain highly accurate, real-time logs of site visits, infrastructure changes, inventory usage, and equipment status via field management applications.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and strictly follow risk assessments, high-voltage safety standards, and safe systems of work while operating at heights or in challenging outdoor environments.
