Experience: 7–10+ Years (Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate in International Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics or related field. MBA (International Business) will be an added advantage.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Import Export Manager to lead and manage the company's complete international sourcing and export operations.
This is a strategic position where the candidate will be responsible for handling global procurement, import documentation, export compliance, customs regulations, DGFT policies, vendor development, logistics planning and international trade operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete import-export cycle while ensuring compliance, cost optimization and timely delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesImport Operations
- Handle complete import process from Purchase Order to material receipt.
- Coordinate with international suppliers.
- Monitor shipment schedules.
- Ensure timely customs clearance.
- Manage freight forwarding activities.
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents).
Export Operations
- Manage export shipments.
- Coordinate with overseas customers.
- Ensure timely documentation.
- Monitor export compliance.
- Handle customer communication until shipment completion.
International Procurement
- Develop new international vendors.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Evaluate supplier performance.
- Source cost-effective products globally.
- Maintain long-term supplier relationships.
