Job Summary
We are looking for a US IT/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US staffing requirements from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure.
Location: Jaipur (Remote) | Job Type: Full Time | Experience: 2-5 Years
Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Ceipal, and other portals
- Manage end-to-end US IT/Non-IT recruitment
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability for client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Ceipal ATS
- Work closely with Account Managers and BDMs to fulfil client requirements
Key Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster & Ceipal
- Knowledge of US visa statuses and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
Remote role | 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Off

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
