Role Overview:
We are hiring Student Visa Counselor for our Branches in AHMEDABAD located in Memnagar, Ghatlodiya, Chandkheda, Maninagar, Nikol, Naroda, Odhav & Bapunagar. We are seeking a Student Visa Counselor to guide students and professionals through their study abroad and visa processes. If any Student Visa Counselor has experience of Canada international admissions and want to earn attractive incentives without the pressure of unrealistic targets, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities of a Student Visa Counselor:
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, university selection, and visa categories based on their eligibility.
- Evaluate client profiles and provide accurate, up-to-date guidance on immigration rules and admission requirements.
- Assist clients comprehensively with documentation, application forms, coordinate SOP preparation, and financial requirements.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system with prospective leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure zero errors in visa filing and application submissions.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to build trust and generate referral business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience in student Visa Counselling- Canada
- Communication Skills: Excellent convincing skills.
- Location: Must live in or near Ahmedabad : our Branches in AHMEDABAD located in Memnagar, Ghatlodiya, Chandkheda, Maninagar, Nikol, Naroda, Odhav & Bapunagar.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Skills: Strong convincing power, attention to detail, proactive follow-up skills, and basic CRM/computer proficiency.
